BUDAPEST, RESIDENTIAL HOUSE, PRELIMINARY DESIGN
Built around the 1910s, the three-story villa at Gellért-hegy (Gellért Hill) used to be the property of Dezső Hüttl, a renowned architect of the era, professor at the Budapest University of Technology. The villa is standing on the mountainside; the magnificent natural environment and exceptional panorama create a unique atmosphere.
The architectural concept was the renovation of the villa according to modern standards while keeping the architectural values of the original building.
